Campaign stats sync — fetches live stats from SmartPing into our DB, for the whole portal (not scoped to one project).
Zips every campaign CSV already backed up to S3 for this range into one file and gives you a download link (valid 7 days). Doesn't call SmartPing — run "Start WA S3 Backup" for these dates first if they haven't been backed up yet.
